From morning checks to audit day

Built around how departments actually work.

Personnel get a focused check flow. Administrators keep control of requirements, access, and records.

Checks built around your apparatus

Create daily, weekly, or custom checklists with quantities, status fields, dates, readings, and instructions.

Expiration dates stay visible

Track medication and equipment lots, flag upcoming expirations, and record replacements without losing history.

Invite the crew by email

Administrators add a work email. Personnel receive a branded invitation and join only the intended department.

Records controls built for departments

Review findings, preserve original checklists, archive without destruction, and record department retention authority and legal holds.

A simpler operating rhythm

Set it once. Use it every shift.

Unitavra fits the department’s process instead of forcing every apparatus into the same form.

01

Set up the department

Add rigs, stations, personnel, and the checklists your service already uses.

02

Complete the check

The required providers choose the rig and follow the department’s checklist fields.

03

Act on what matters

Administrators see findings, expiration warnings, and durable completed reports.

The right view for each role

Fast for the crew. Controlled by administration.

Members can complete checks and review department history. Administrators manage the operational configuration and respond to findings.

Questions departments ask

Practical answers before you begin.

Does Unitavra work on phones and computers?

Yes. Unitavra runs in a modern browser and can be added to a phone or computer like an app. An internet connection is required for shared records.

Can each department use its own checklist?

Yes. Department administrators control rigs, assignments, field types, required quantities, intervals, and personnel access.

Is pricing per person?

No. One department subscription covers that department’s members and administrators.

Does Unitavra store patient information?

Unitavra is designed for apparatus, equipment, personnel access, and inspection records—not patient care reports or protected health information.

What happens to old reports when a checklist changes?

Completed reports retain the rig, checklist requirements, provider names, answers, and notes that existed when the check was submitted.

Can departments in any state use Unitavra?

Yes. Unitavra supports departments throughout the United States. Each department records its state, organization type, records contact, and its own approved retention authority. Unitavra does not replace state or local legal review.

What is the difference between archiving and deleting?

Archiving preserves the full report outside normal history. Permanent disposal is owner-only and stays locked until an approved retention schedule is recorded, the required period has passed, and no legal hold is active.
